We raise the home, set every pier and support to the correct height, and bring the home back to true. The fix for sticking doors, sloping floors, and drywall cracks.
Pier replacement
Concrete piers, ABS piers, and adjustable steel jacks that have cracked, rusted, or shifted get pulled and replaced. From $140 per pier, with quantity pricing for full re-supports.
Re-supports & tie-down repair
Full re-supports for older homes where the original supports have failed. We also repair tie-down anchors and replace missing or damaged anchoring hardware.

How do I know if my mobile home needs to be releveled?

How long does the job take?
A straightforward releveling on a single-wide is usually a half-day to a full day on-site. A double-wide or a home with extensive pier replacement can take one to two days. You stay in the home during the work in most cases.
What's the difference between leveling and foundation repair?
Leveling is adjusting the existing supports under your home so the home sits true again. Foundation repair is replacing supports that have failed — broken piers, rusted jacks, rotted wood pads, or shifted footings. Most jobs need a little of both, which is why we handle them together.
How often does a mobile home need to be releveled?
It depends on the soil and the original installation, but a typical schedule is every five to seven years. Homes in clay-heavy soil, homes with bad drainage around the perimeter, and homes that were not properly leveled on installation will settle faster.
