Emergency Drying
Air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture probes to pull the water out and verify the home is truly dry.
A burst pipe, a roof leak, a flood — water does its worst damage out of sight, soaking into the subfloor and hiding behind the wall paneling. We dry it out the right way, rebuild what's damaged, and work with your insurance from the estimate through the final billing. Manufactured-home specialists, C-47 licensed, with 25 years in these homes.
Dealing with active water right now? Call (661) 339-8050 — the sooner drying starts, the less damage sets in.
Water damage is really two jobs. First the home has to be dried out completely — not just the surfaces, but inside the walls and under the floor, where moisture hides and mold starts. Then the damage gets repaired: paneling, flooring, subfloor, trim, and any structural or plumbing damage the water caused.
We handle both, with the same crew. Typical remediation companies dry your home and then hand you off to find a contractor for the repairs — with us, both halves are done by one C-47 contractor who knows exactly how water moves through a manufactured home.
Most water damage is the kind you can't see. We use air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture probes to pull the water out and confirm the home is actually dry — verified with a meter, not just dry to the touch.
Instead of only drying the room, we push dry air directly inside the wall cavities, where moisture gets trapped behind the wall covering. That's especially important in older mobile homes with wood-panel interior walls — surface drying leaves water, and the mold that follows it, hidden behind the panel. This method is generally covered by most carriers, though coverage is always your carrier's decision.

Dry air pushed inside the wall cavities to clear moisture trapped behind paneling — our specialty on older homes.
Paneling, flooring, subfloor, trim, and any structural or plumbing damage repaired — by the same crew that dried it.
We document the damage thoroughly and put together a detailed repair estimate your adjuster can work from.
We can work from your adjuster's estimate, or come out and generate a detailed estimate that a remote adjuster can use.
We document the damage, dry the home, and complete the build-back — keeping the record an insurer needs.
Insurance often pays part of a claim up front and holds back the rest — the recoverable depreciation — until the work is done. Once repairs are complete, we bill the carrier for that holdback.
To be clear about our role: we document the damage, write the estimate, do the work, and bill the carrier for the holdback after. We're not your insurance adjuster — we don't decide coverage or handle your deductible. Coverage decisions are always between you and your carrier.
Over 25 years, owner Clint Dotson has worked on manufactured homes inside and out — which is exactly what water damage demands, because it touches the framing, the floor, the walls, and the plumbing all at once. He knows how water moves through these homes and where it hides.
You're not juggling a dry-out company, a separate contractor, and the insurance paperwork. It's one licensed C-47 contractor from the first air mover to the final repair — and the billing that closes out your claim.

If you safely can, stop the source — shut off the water or contain the leak — and then call us. The sooner drying starts, the less the water soaks into the subfloor and walls, and the lower the risk of mold taking hold.

Both. After the home is dried, the same crew handles the build-back — paneling, flooring, subfloor, trim, and any structural or plumbing damage the water caused. There's no hand-off between a dry-out company and a separate contractor.
Yes. We can work from your adjuster's estimate, or come out and generate a detailed estimate a remote adjuster can use. We document the damage, do the drying and repairs, and after the work is complete we bill the carrier for the depreciation holdback.
