An Earthquake Resistant Bracing System — sometimes called earthquake restraint or seismic bracing — is a set of engineered braces and anchors installed under the home. They tie the home to its piers and to the ground so that when an earthquake hits, the home doesn't shift off its supports.
California's HCD recognizes ETS as an essential safety upgrade for mobile and manufactured homes. The system we install — ETS 107-G — is an engineered, certified design used statewide.

Severs gas, water & electrical
When the home moves, the utility connections at the perimeter tear apart. Gas leaks and severed electrical lines are the most dangerous consequence — not the shake itself.

Do I need to relevel the home first?
If your home is significantly out of level, yes — bracing should go on a level home so the system loads evenly. We can do both jobs back-to-back on the same trip, which is more efficient than scheduling them separately.
