Structural

The parts that hold your home together

When a mobile or manufactured home has settled, leaked, or aged, the structural pieces underneath go first. We replace and reinforce them.

Subfloor repair

Replacing rotted, sagging, or water-damaged subfloor — sections or whole rooms. The single most common repair we do under a mobile home.

Joists, beams & posts

Cracked or rotted floor joists, sagging beams, and shifted or rusted support posts get replaced or sistered to bring the home back to a sound structure.

Wall framing

Damaged studs, headers, and framing repaired wherever water, settling, or impact has compromised them.

Water-damage restoration

Water remediation after a flood or pipe break, direct-inject air drying into wall cavities, and rebuilding what the water destroyed.

Door & window framing

Repair and replacement of out-of-square door and window framing — common after settling, leaks, or impact damage.

Exterior structural repair

Skirting framing, deck supports, and other exterior structural fixes that protect the home from weather and pests.

Systems

The plumbing, electrical & HVAC inside

The systems that run through every mobile home — under one C-47 license, so you don't have to coordinate three different contractors.

Plumbing

Water line leaks, drain repairs, fixture replacement, water heaters, and repairs to plumbing damaged by settling or water loss. From $200.

Electrical

GFCI outlet replacement, troubleshooting and repair of wiring damaged by rodents, panel and circuit issues, and other electrical problems. From $200.

HVAC

Heating and air conditioning service, system replacement, and the $299 AC tune-up. Beat the Central California heat without overpaying.

How it works

From the first call to a finished repair

  1. 1

    Free quote

Call us or request a quote. For most jobs we can give you a price range over the phone and a firm number once we are on-site.

  2. 2

    On-site diagnosis

We find the cause, not just the symptom — water-damaged subfloor usually means a leak somewhere we have to chase down before we rebuild.

  3. 3

    Repair

Structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and any water-damage restoration handled by the same crew. No callbacks to coordinate other trades.

  4. 4

    Walk-through & sign-off

We walk the repair with you before we pack up. If any of the work touches Title 25 items, we tell you up-front so it's documented if you need it later.

Why Accurate Home Repair

One contractor, one license, one phone call

The frustration with most mobile home repair jobs is that they cross trades — the subfloor is rotted because the plumbing leaked, the plumbing leaked because the home settled, and now you need a plumber, a carpenter, and a foundation contractor. Three trips, three estimates, three invoices.

With a C-47 license — California's contractor classification specifically for mobile and manufactured home work — we handle all of it. One quote. One crew. One responsible party. Owner Clinton Dotson has 25+ years in the business and has installed more than 800 new homes from the factory.

Common questions

Structural & systems repair — what people ask

What counts as structural and systems repair on a mobile home?

Structural repair covers the parts of the home that hold it together — subfloor, floor joists, beams, posts, and damaged wall framing. Systems repair covers the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC that run through the home. Most jobs are a mix of both, which is why we handle them under one C-47 license.

Do you do subfloor repair?

Yes — subfloor repair is one of the most common jobs we handle. We replace sections of rotted, sagging, or water-damaged subfloor, repair the joists underneath when needed, and reinstall the flooring. Common in older mobile homes and anywhere a plumbing leak went undetected.

Can you handle water damage from a flood or pipe break?

Yes. We perform water-damage restoration for mobile and manufactured homes — water remediation, direct-inject air drying into wall cavities, and subfloor repair where the water has soaked in. Call us as soon as possible after a loss so the damage doesn't spread.

Do you do electrical and plumbing as well?

Yes. Under our C-47 license we handle electrical repairs (GFCI replacement, troubleshooting wiring damaged by rodents, panel and circuit issues), plumbing repairs (water lines, drains, fixtures), and HVAC service. One contractor for the whole repair instead of three.

Will the work pass a park or Title 25 inspection?

Yes. We perform Title 25 inspections ourselves and we know exactly what an inspector is looking for. Anything we repair is brought up to a standard that will pass.
